DESIGN SERVICE

A gas spring is a relatively simple device, but it can be very time consuming and complex to correctly design a gas spring into an application. 

To maximise the performance capabilities of a gas spring, requires many different factors to be taken into consideration. These factors are very changeable according to the type of application and the environment they are intended to be used within.

Many of our customers use Kent Gas Springs as an extension to their design teams to ensure that their products function as well as they were originally envisaged. 

We provide a full application assessment and gas spring design service. This can be from concept feasibility all the way through to final working production units or anything in-between.

We work with architects, product designers, production companies, conceptual design specialists, OEM manufacturers and fabrication companies.
